Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a cryptocurrency transfer is initiated on a public blockchain (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20), it cannot be cancelled, halted, or reversed. USDT transferred to our deposit vault addresses and successfully credited to your account balance represents a completed digital asset receipt.

If a user transfers an unsupported token, sends assets over the wrong network standard, or deposits below the minimum threshold, recovery is not guaranteed. When technically feasible, our technical team may attempt a manual asset recovery subject to network miner gas fees and an administrative recovery charge.

Withdrawal orders that have already been dispatched or processed by our banking settlement clearinghouse cannot be cancelled or recalled. If an order has been submitted but is still pending in our processing queue before bank transmission, you may submit an urgent cancellation request to customer support. If approved, the corresponding USDT amount is credited back to your platform balance.

If a fiat bank withdrawal fails due to incorrect beneficiary bank details, an invalid IFSC/IBAN, or receiving bank rejection, the funds returned by the banking network will be re-credited to your account in USDT at the original transaction conversion value, minus any non-refundable banking return fees incurred.

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Escalations

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with third-party payment providers. Any chargeback initiated will result in immediate suspension of account features pending compliance investigation.
