Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025

Welcome to USDTXCHANGE. By accessing, registering an account on, or executing transactions through usdtxchange.com (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Gateway Service

USDTXCHANGE operates strictly as a digital asset deposit and local fiat bank disbursement gateway. The Platform enables users to deposit Tether (USDT) on supported blockchain networks and request domestic fiat currency payouts to verified bank accounts. The Platform does not operate as a peer-to-peer open exchange order book, margin trading facility, or custodial interest-bearing deposit institution.

2. Single Active Rate Policy

All fiat payouts are quoted and calculated based on the Single Active Rate displayed at the moment you submit and confirm your withdrawal order. Once confirmed, the exchange rate is locked for the duration of processing. There are no secondary spread markups, maker/taker deductions, or retroactive price adjustments.

3. On-Chain Deposit Verification & Finality

Deposits are credited only after the transaction is verified on the appropriate blockchain network (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20). Users must provide a valid Transaction Hash (TXID). Blockchain transactions are decentralized and irreversible; sending funds to incorrect smart contracts, non-supported tokens, or incorrect chain standards is the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Bank Account Ownership & Payout Terms

When submitting a withdrawal request, you warrant that the recipient bank account details (Beneficiary Name, Account Number, IFSC/IBAN/Swift code) are accurate and belong to you or an authorized entity. USDTXCHANGE is not liable for delayed or misrouted funds caused by incorrect banking coordinates provided by the user.

5. Prohibited Activities & AML Compliance

Users must not utilize the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit darknet commerce, fraud, ransomware proceeds, or circumventing economic sanctions. We reserve the right to suspend processing, place accounts under review, and report illicit activity to competent law enforcement agencies in compliance with global AML/CTF laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USDTXCHANGE and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from blockchain network congestion, forks, third-party banking holidays, banking clearing downtime, or user input errors.

7. Inquiries & Modifications

We may update these terms periodically to reflect regulatory adjustments or technological updates. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance. For inquiries, contact support@usdtxchange.com.
